    This is an image of a Pygmy Owl that was taken last summer on our trip to The Pantanal , Brazil. People come to see this little fella but he is not highly visible and many are disappointed when they were not able to find him. Our last day we came acroass him and needless to say we were thrilled. He stayed for quite some time so we were able to photograph him. The only down side was poor lighting. Hope you enjoy.

    Well you made the most of it Judy. The subtle hint of colour in the sky is neat. Looks like it's looking at prey, or some other curious bystander :-)

    This image is stunning. The sharpness in it's eye is awesome.
    A little noise in it but that doesn't take anything away from this image.
    It's great.

    I like the way you handled the poor lighting situation. Daniel says it might be looking at prey, I just think a good model knows how to pose. Well done.
