    Hello again John,

Another cutie, is she the girl with an appetite for apples?

Lovely attentive pose and I like those ears pointing forward. HA is nice too. Subject well placed within the frame with lots of space to look into, just feels a bit tight at the bottom - have you got a tad more for the virtual legs?

The tree (shrub) in the BG balances the image nicely, I would just try lighten it a bit in order to place more emphasis on the subject. Colours look good, me thinking a little curve adjustment might make the subject "pop" more, but let's see what the others say

Seems you are spending a lot of time "out there" and it pays off. Just curious, is there a lot of walking involved? You must be very fit, I just cannot imagine walking about with my 500lens, let alone shoot hand held

Hope you have a wonderful week-end John, many thanks for sharing as well for your kind comments on my previous image:)

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea

Hi John, you are getting better on the POV/framing, but the dark tree in the BKG is an issue and I think dominates the scene, distracting from the subject sadly. A sliver more below I feel???? Overall colour could be better, but good detail/sharpness.

Hi John - Nice pose and placement in frame of the fawn. If it were mine I would darken the greens and also burn the white flowers in the fg slightly as I find them drawing the eye slightly. Agree that the darker tree in the bkg does dominate a bit.

    Rachel

    Thank you Gabriela,

This isn't the girl with the appetite for apples.

Not much walking involved. I usually ride a bicycle for my main form of transportation. I ride nearby to where i shoot then walk in. Takes about ten minutes to walk to this location from the bike path.
So i guess i am some what in shape. All my gear is carried in my backpack.
