    Image captured at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida. Dragonfly species unidentified at this time, any help appreciated. Comments and critique welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for viewing.

    Nikon 80-400mm F/4.5-5.6 VRII AF-S ED image captured at 400mm
    1/2000 F/8 Matrix Metering EV +2/3 ISO 360 Auto 1 WB, camera supported by a monopod
    Post processed in Lightroom Classic CC and Photoshop CC 2018, Neat Image for noise reduction

    Yes I like the symmetry of the image, not sure if you could lift the exposure a little on the dragonfly? Images like this always make for an interesting presentation.
    The species I don't know but the shape looks akin to the darters, I think you call them dashers.

    Joe, Interesting juxtaposition. Oof dragonfly in the back works well. could remove some distracting branches, especially LHS to make the image a little cleaner. Agree with Jonathan regarding lightening up the foreground dragonfly.

    Like what you have done here. Wish all those sticks weren't there in the background not much you can do about that.
