    This image was created in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park on 8/4/18 at 6:28AM. Image adjustments in Lightroom and Photoshop.

    Camera on sticks triggered with remote.

    Full frame.

    Hi John, Love the composition and mood, but not so much the execution.. however, i do think you could fix this in PP by some simple adjustments. For me the tree is the subject and I think its too dark...If you could lighten this a little then the image will be stronger.. You could also try a very soft edged vignette. I attach an example of what i was thinking but working with the raw should give better results.. What do you think??

    Don's repost takes this image a notch. I would prefer the tree a little more towards the left side of the frame and a bit more space between the tree and the horses...perhaps this could have been achieved by moving more to your right?
