    Default Reddish Egret White Morph

From Bunche Beach in February 2017. I have a number of closer shots of him -- he was very cooperative that morning -- but I chose to keep this one fairly small in the frame.

    D500, 500f4 + 1.4 TC, ISO 640, 1/4000s @ f/8 manual. Full frame with very slight rotation.

Good control of the whites. The only problem I have is the black bill tip merging with the background.

    Very nice Bill!
The whites look great against that dark green BG. I can see the tip of bill very clearly.

I like this one very much. Bird really stands out well against the dark water. And I like the intense wader stare.

Bird looks great against all that dark water. Nice pose on the bird with a good composition. Well done.
