I captured this image in Fort Myers, FL with the Nikon D500 Handheld and Nikkor 500mm f4. I already removed a magenta cast from the further wing. Looking forward to your critiques and comments.

    Manual Mode
Processed on LR and PS. Neat image for background noise reduction
Full Frame, canvas added on top and on the RHS.

All C & C's will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for looking

    Juan:

Soft light, good head turn/eye contact, nesting material, wing position.

I might be tempted to trim off the very end of the vegetation strands where they leave the frame, and perhaps add just a sliver of canvas below.

    Nice capture!

Very nice. I love the great look at the evenly lit underwing. Ditto Randy on the trimming ...

Pretty cool, I love the talons gripping the nesting material. Great head turn. I'd love a bit more room below, but a fine image overall.

Great up-wing position, the talons on the moss, and the look he's giving you. I agree with a little trimming and canvas addition.

The osprey gave you a very nice head turn. The nesting material is a bonus. Wish for more room below.
