Nice hummer frame. The pose and flower are both nice. The crop works well.

The speckled throat would indicate a young male. A female's would be fully white. An adult male's, well, shiny ruby. Great job here Joe, nice and sharp, and I love the plant.

Nice natural light result! These are tough shots since the light needed to even remotely stop the wings is too harsh to bring out the colors.
The shadows here a a bit tough, particularly on the flower, but the bird is super sharp and the wings in a great position.
