A lazy yawn yielded an interesting look at the inside of this species mouth. I was already taking verticals at this point when it yawned, so it resulted in a good vertical FF image with just enough space for both legs.
Canon 7DII + 500mm f/4 II + 1.4TC III, manual exposure, evaluative metering, 1/1000s., f/10, ISO 400, natural light, handheld, FF, cleaned up the reflection in the eye, minor bill clean up.
Wonderful IQ here Dan, and the gape is great. HA and exposure perfecto, plenty of detail in those whites. Wish the feet weren't hidden, but not a deal breaker for me, this is sweet.
Daniel, nice shot of the Caspian, good colors, exposure, HA and catchlight. I like everything except the crop, maybe a square crop?
The feet aren't showing and the body is cut in half, it just looks a bit awkward to me.
