    Perch and pose are pretty cool, and different which I like. I like the spiderwebs. Background works well. I don't think I've seen this bird so can't comment on colors but they seem good. I wonder if the shadows could go up a point or two. TFS

    Interesting frame of this goldfinch. The delicate perch is nice and the background is excellent. I take it the bird is feeding.

    The perch and BKGR are neat. If it were mine, I would open up the face which as presented is in the dark.

    Thanks for the feedback everyone, the bird is feeding John, it has a seed from a neighbouring flower head. Artie, yes I tried brightening the head, it is a little better - thank you.
