    I made this image at Red Butte Garden UT Yesterday.

    It light begin so bright, I decided to photograph the underside of the flowers and the colors.

    Hope you like it.

    Nikon D850, Sigma 150 Macro Lens
    ISO 800, f 4/2, 1/4000 sec
    Manual Mode, Matrix Metering

    Post Processing:- Cropped a little from the bottom.
    Cleaned up some spots,
    Nik 40-40 filter at reduced opacity
    Cloned some highlights
    Used Some burning and Dodging for Toning.

    Krishna these flower shots are really good! I like the shallow DOF it concentrates attention on the sepals, beautiful colours and very simple yet effective composition.
    If it were mine I would reduce the brightness ans saturation. I would suggest you launch the jpeg into PSCC, then apply a Levels or Curves layer then click on the parameters you will see the saturation and brightness is too high, i.e. the colours are blown (despite it being a very attractive image). If you go back to the raw file and reduce the saturation of the yellows a little and the luminance likewise I think you will end up with an even better finish.

    Very nice. Love the shallow focus and the colors throughout the image. Maybe a little more room at the top. Still nice as is.
