This image is of the same wild tiger cub that I had posted couple of days back. The cub was in a game trail and there was a small opening in it due to the frequent passage of animals. Raw processed in Lightroom 2 Beta. Critiques and suggestions welcome.

Thats a lot better than the other one, I would prefer a little more brightness.

I like the inquisitive look and details. I agree, it could go a bit brighter and maybe a tiny crop off the right.

Great expression, but it feels a little dark.

Still a very tough lighting situation. You handled it as well as could be expected.. The grasses seem to frame the tiger drawing attention to it...

Agree with the others........just a bit of lightening on the tiger as suggested ...would greatly improve it.

I love it - sorry couldn't resist making a couple of adjustments hope you dont mind.

Selectivley lightened the tiger cub and sharpened the eyes.

Agree with the others on a need for brightening a bit. I like the opening/framing of his face in the grass.

Fine image, agree with above. I think also a little local contrast boost to tiger makes an improvement also. Well done.

    Thanks Lance!
I certainly don't mind people working on my images. I have a lot to learn about post processing. That day the conditions were changing with dust storms at times virtually enveloping the tiger. It was a game trail and a passage is created when the animals pass through the thich undergrowth. It was quiet dark as well in the game trail, though you can see the sun in the back ground. I try to get it right in the camera, but you can't have control over the lighting.
    I am enjoying this critiquing.
