    John:

    Great sense of the rainy day, but bird still sharp and clear.

    I might consider a version with some of the top, at least down into the brown area, if not a bit further. Just personal taste, but I think it is a bit too tall and skinny as posted.

    I love this one; the rain is surreal. As for the framing, I like the light strip at the top. I would consider a crop from the left to get closer to 2X3 ... Great job on focusing through the rain and getting the bird sharp.

    It is amazing how personal crop choices are.
    I would take out the sky at the top (down to the brown!)
