Hi Jon, love the setting and that 'ghostly' yellow of the sand (?) drifting up from the foot. I think the subject is looking a bit heavy in the darks & shadows, choking some of the finer detail. Would have preferred the second OOF rock not to have been there, but just a personal thought, albeit it could go. Nice time of day.
Wonderful on all counts as detailed above. I am wondering why you place the bird so far back in the frame ...
