    Default Chestnut Headed Bee Eaters

My 1st picture posting here straight from Introductions.....talk about jumping into the deep end :o. Really hope you all like this.

These birds are only found here from Dec-May each year and they breed around Jan-March before migrating back up north to the Istmus of Kra, Southern Thailand. They can be fairly easy to approach with a car and once they get comfortable with a photographer's presence, they will freely do their stretching and courtship feeding. This one took several hours of waiting to happen but it paid off.

Hey Chien! Nice to see you here! Lovely bee-eaters in good light. The uniform pose of the two makes this really outstanding!

Welcome to BPN, Chien! Great first post, your patience really paid. I like the similar stretching poses, eye contact, details and BG. You could add more room top and right to get the birds out of the center. Keep them coming!

Welcome to BPN Chien - your name is spelled the same way as the word "dog" in french :-)

Great first post. More room above and right as Axel suggests would be great. Looking forward to more!
