    These shots I am currently posting are from a session at the only waterhole with water for many miles around. There was a large fallen dead tree with lots of different branches for poses as various birds came for a drink; sorry Isaac, no foliage for this series This is an immature with the dark eye and beak and slightly more breast striations.
    1DXII 400mm F/2.8L II & 2XIII 800mm 1/4000 f7.1 iso800. Cropped, levels, light sharpen.

    Very nice. Good background with a nice perch and pose. Image quality looks quite good.

    Sounds like it was an energetic outing. Good image overall. The shadows are unfortunate - both the one on the tail, and the one on the perch.
