    I captured this image in Costa Rica a couple of weeks ago, with the Nikon D850 Handheld and Nikkor 500mm f4
    ISO 800
    f5.6
    1/500
    Manual Mode
    Processed on LR and PS. Neat image for background noise reduction
    Large crop (> 50%)

    Beautiful bird, nice look back pose. Detail and colors look good although not familiar with the bird. Nice smooth background. Thank you for sharing, Juan.

    Hi Juan, terrific detail and pose here, really like the over the shoulder look. BG is nice without any noise, and I like the placement of the hawk in the frame, vertical nice choice, well done.

    Like the look back pose. Great background and nice perch. The composition looks good as well.

    I love the thickness of the subject created by the spread wing and back feathers. Perfect look-back head angle. The one primary touching and curling on the perch is a neat bonus! Well done overall.
