    This beautiful individual waded into range as it searched for small fish to hunt.

    Canon 7DII + 500mm f/4 II, manual exposure, evaluative metering, 1/2000s., f/4, ISO 400, natural light, handheld, FF, toned down the yellows in the BG, a few clumps in the water removed patch and clone tools.

    Nice pose on the bird. Great low angle as well. Details look good.

    Hi Dan, I like the serene mood and how the FG and BG gradiates w color. Just a wisp of the lily pads that provide a wonderful sense of habitat... POV is terrific as well, lovely frame.
