Hi John -- Lovely pose and nice details !

I feel the image is a bit dark , a slight increase in the exp or fill light in lightroom might help. Also a tighter crop especially coming from the top and lhs and also from the rhs might improve the image in that department as well IMO. Lets see what others have to say.

    TFS !

Hi John - A fun pose from the doe. Was this natural light or a flash? For some reason, it looks flashed to me. Agree it's a bit dark and the midtones seem a bit heavy, I think you can open them up. Watch the blacks around the eye too. I am fine with the comp and because you said this is already a medium crop, I would hesitate to crop any further for fear of affecting IQ.

    TFS,
    Rachel

    Hello John,

Lovely capture of this Doe and fun too, seems she is teasing you Great techs and I like the composition and colours. Beautiful detail and sharpness.

Was unsure whether I should suggest you lift exposure - although slightly dark, the frame had a nice dramatic feel to it. So I tried it to see what it looks like. In the process I picked up a little cyan on the R ear of the subject and a tiny bit on the nose, removed it to some extent. Added a tad of red to the tongue, just could not help it

Don't think my changes make a big difference John, they are very subtle. Anyway I just wanted to say I really like this, the BG is lovely and subject stands out beautifully. Lovely work, a pleasure to view

    Kind regards,
    Gabriela Plesea
