Always cool to see the white morph. The head looks a little soft here. Nice pose on the bird.

White Morph! Very cool. I like the setting here and the tiny waves. Good head angle. I agree with John that the bird is not tack sharp. The whole image is also under exposed and could use a boost in saturation as well.

Very nice pose on the bird, Joe and I like the wonky-looking legs. Setting also very nice with those muted colours and the waves that lift this a few notches. I also like your composition. Also agree with the comments so far about raising the brightness/exposure a tad and a bit of selective sharpening to the head which I think would make a substantial difference to an already nice shot.
