Another Lilac-breasted Roller

This one was a grab shot. We were driving by and I reflexively snapped two frames when I saw he was taking off. I wish I had had a chance to zoom in tighter. This is cropped to about 50% of full width, and IQ suffers accordingly. But I had wanted to catch one of these guys in flight to show that magnificent, neon-blue color on the wings in flight (no added saturation), and this was the only flight shot I got during the trip. (And I love the wing position here.)

I like the dynamic pose,the IQ on this one is not great, looks like one of those soft RAW files that was sharpened. also wish the BG was more uniform
