    Hand held Canon 5D IV Auto ISO 800, 1/640 sec f11
    ACR + PSCC (Checked colour balance)

    I have found the metering system to be almost ideal in many cases - especially when setting D+, none of the highlights were blown and I used auto exposure.
    The male is the one with the blue colouration, the female tends to be brown. This is one of the bluest males I have ever seen

    Everything looks good to me nice and sharp and in focus, colors look good. Like the inclusion of the plant. Now all you need is some dew.

    I wish! The venue is about 70 min drive from home and we are having a heat wave so not much dew about even at 6am, I think I would have to be there within an hour of dawn breaking. I am pretty keen but..

    Beautiful image. I do wish I get an opportunity to photograph butterflies but sadly they are in short supply in Utah.
