Well exposed, nice prey item. I think this image would benefit from selective cloning of some of the more prominent raindrops, and definitely the dark intrusion on the upper edge of the frame.
Perfect exposure, sharp, good HA and color. Agree with Walker about the dark spot. Only critique beyond the dark spot is the angle is a little high.
