Hand Painted Flower

I wanted to thank Fabs for her instructions on doing this. I got lost but I think I did something right. :o

This is a flower I took over in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. I think it's a hibiscus but I am not positive.

How did I do?

as for what I did....I followed fabs painting instructions. Converted to B&W then copied it in new layer then used the history brush and repainted it yellow and added some red/pink

Sure looks like one !!!! I like effect very much Might consider modifying the pinkish Need to try it myself !!!

I think you got the technique down well but I'm not sure I love the pinks with those shades of yellows. You're making me want to give this a try, though!

Well done, Sharna, only thing I'd do is go back a bit and more precise on the pink. And it is a Hibiscus :)
