    Default Palm Warbler

Why am I just finding out we no longer have to post 1200px/ <400KB !?!? Happy to see that changed earlier this year. Anyway, this is one of my favorite warbler shots of the year. I would have liked not having that bit of leaf casting a shadow on this handsome little bird, but I didn't think it was too much to take away form the image. I forgot how difficult it was to get a good BG/ setting with warblers. Looking forward to trying again next May!

This one doesn't grab me, I'm afraid Daniel. The harsh light is well handled but doesn't help but the main issue for me is the limited DOF. I'd have stopped down more as it seems you had plenty of ISO to play with. Background is lovely and I do like the image design and pose on the bird. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Glenn! I think getting better with DoF is my next step. I have this obsession with getting the ISO as low as I can, but I'm sacrificing too much for it. I plan on working on this immediately. Thanks again.
