John - Although I much prefer your first theme image of the RWBB this is a nice theme attempt as well. Definitely pretty light and the raised foot adds interest. The Heron does not appear tack sharp on my monitor and I think flat calm water may have worked better here. I am finding the silhouetted ripples a bit overpowering.
