Default Theme - Black Skimmer skimming in pretty light

Taken laying down from the bow of my skiff just as the sun was going below the trees. 30 seconds later and there was not enough light to capture them in flight.

    Very nice light indeed!
Nice and sharp and good incoming flight position.

Very nice indeed. Can you provide any shooting information? Just noticed the shooting information, which probably was there from the beginning. Sorry about that.

The colors and the wing position are very nice. Of course the mid skim action is excellent. I think you should put some effort into getting some more detail out of the blacks here. Also I don't think the angle that the bird is flying at is ideal. Wish it were either flying directly at us or was more parallel to the back of the camera.

This looks great! Very nicely done. This show just how thin the bills are - hard to believe when seen from the side!

very nice, I like the wing position and the clam water the whites right above the beak are a bit hot and you might be able to get more details in the blacks
