Earlier I posted a shot I titled "winter"... it was sugested I try a "series".. well.. I wasnt totally sure if the series was other winter shots.. or more of that same shot... but here is a different winter shot.... in a similar style

Simple and elegant. I see an ever so slight magenta cast due to the quality of the light.
Setting the white point in curves got rid of it.

Perfect framing and mood. I love how the light shadow line continues to the left out past the trees. How far does it actually extend? I can't tell where it ends and my imagination takes over.

Great composition, a very simple but beautiful image. That little bit of shadow is just enough to define the hill, but adds so much to the comp.
