Its Puffin time again in Scotland. I have been away for a while on the Isle of Mull on the west coast of Scotland. Never got the best of weather, mostly rainy and dull. I visited the island of Lunga, which is a small island near Mull, which was the only day the sun shone, probably too bright. A beautiful island, with lots of nesting seabirds, where I captured this pair of Puffins.

Terrific interaction captured Will as imo puffins are fairly mellow and not much interaction... Details on both are done well and I like the colors throughout. Looking forward to more puffins!

    Well done.

I too like the interactoon. The little tongue is rather comical. I like the compostion as well. Did you need to tone down some of the whites?

    Thanks for that Ann.

Hi Dan.. I like your comment 'interactoon' They do look like little cartoon characters . Yes I toned some of the whites a wee bit.

Love your Puffin shots William, this one is special due to the two bird interacting. I like the blue and green BG

Very nice Will! Love the interaction, open beak and the vivd colors in this. The birds colors and the BG colors make for a great looking scene. Well done

Hi Will I really like the interaction and the tongue. The bird on the left appears to be quite overawed by the other one displaying!
I wonder if the colour temperature is a little low.(??)

Thanks for the comments guys, much appreciated. I think you may be right Jon, maybe a wee bit low. I wish it had been higher on Mull last week, it was a very cold 6 degrees, with a cold breeze to go with it. but, a great trip. I would defiantly recommend a visit.
