    Captured this image the other day on the edge of a local lake in a wild cherry tree. C&C welcome.

    D500, Sigma 150-600mm C @ 420mm, 1/800s, f 6.3, HH, ISO 1600.

    Nice blossom and bird. Wish you were more to the left. Or wait for the bird to give the look back.

    Everything is very nice here. Good details, beautiful blossom and a perfect background. I think the head angle works fine here as the bird is looking into that flower. I prefer a shot like this rather than a set up shot where the bird is singing on the perfect perch because it has been lured and is agitated. This is far better than those types of shots for me.     Colors and sharpness look really good. I can live with the head angle but the composition doesn't do it for me as the subject and flower are oriented vertically but the
    crop is horizontal. The left had side, in particular, feels a bit vacuous. Not sure how mu wiggle room you've got but it might be worth playing around a bit.
