Hi Murray,
This one looks plenty sharp with some really nice light and a good BG. I would try to get a bit more detail out of the blacks on the head and especially around the eye, preferably going back to your RAW software and upping the exposure a bit, while in PS trying not to loose the detail in the blacks when you're increasing the contrast. Also the BG looks a bit pixely/grany maybe a bit of noise reduction or BG blurring would help with that. Otherwise a very nice shot!

I like the pose, light, details and BG. It looks a bit dark on my monitor and I agree with Krijn regarding NR on the BG. Keep them coming!
