    Default Goose on Green

An otherwise calm morning on the lake was broken up by a few Geese doing what they do best - quarreling! All my prior Geese capture were pretty much straight-line takeoffs or landings. Happy this fella put a little curl in his escape and looked my way. Quite a bit of clone work in bkg and right water (water had a large distracting pink reflection from flowers/houses and the background had shoreline that detracted as well. More editing that I'd like but it's what it is. ISO too high - as light was fine (Joel - check all settings!!!) Thanks for comments and suggestions.

The curl is sweet JAy, and I like the feather details. Green is okay with me, very nice contrast to this goose. Wish the wing didn't intersect with the head, but never the less a very pretty frame.

excellent take off frame with a nice BG, sharpness with good details and yes I also wish the far wing did not intersect with the head

Spectacular and almost perfect. The merge of the head with the far wing was really bad luck. Killer pose and BKGR and suer-sharp.

    with love, artie
