Lovely detail on the bird. It pops well against the BG. I like the pose and its good to see the eye. I would try a landscape crop, giving more room in front of the bird, still showing part of the reflection, and cropping some from the top.

Hi Krishna,, nice and sharp and I like the lazy pose. Those legs really pop with colour. Before reading Will's comment, I too thought of a traditional landscape comp.

Love the exposure and feather detail. Blue and orange work well together. Crops of subjects that aren't stretched either vertically or horizontally are tough are you're inevitably left with a lot of empty space in the frame. I might lose a bit off the top and bottom to square it up a bit, but that's just me.
