I was tempted to rotate clockwise but I think it is in fact the bush buck who is leaning a little.

Hi Jon, he looks very content with his eyes closed (or is that an assumption), good that he came out of the habitat for you. Nice detail and colour overall, I think you need that FG space here.

I would agree with your own observation, a CW rotation of say *4.2 would help.

    Hello Jon,

Once again you amaze me with the variety of species you managed to capture during your trip to Kruger!

This is lovely, colours spot on and nice detail on this handsome Waterbuck. Well framed. I agree with the need for a tad of rotation. Love the little combretum pods on the tree (RHS), a nice touch:)

Jon - I never got to see Lake Panic, spend way too much time at Sunset Dam

Have a wonderful rest of the evening,

Love the heads up, slightly dreamy look, with good colour & detail here Jonathan, and agree with your instincts on the CW rotation.

Hi Jon another great encounter,as Gabriela says, wow you found a lot of species on your trip.

Interesting on the rotation,it was my first thought, but animals don't always stand how one perceives they should. I guess it's how the viewer percieves that is most important

love the laid back aura the fella is giving me Jon,he looks so relaxed it makes this frame for me

Stu, thanks for the observation he did in fact come from the bushes and stood there weighing us up as if to say, “what are you up to?”.

Hi Jon - Sorry, a bit late to this. Lovely look at the waterbuck coming out of its habitat. Colors look good. First thought was it does need rotation but the tree trunks don't really help with the decision, all bending in slightly different directions.

    Rachel

Cool looking antlers or are they horns? Nice detail throughout. The trees look straight to me. He may just be leaning.
