I like the intensity of the Eagles expression and the wings up pose. I also like the motion blur on the wing tips and the rain drops add. I see Eagles daily and this image captures their no nonsense demeanor well.

I prefer the wings-up position in this over yesterday's shot.

Really captures the harsh conditions with the rain and wind. He doesn't look pleased with the mankey little snack!
