Nice detail, pose and background. Love the "electric" blue color. Thank you for sharing Bill.

A fine looking bird Bill, I wonder if it would benefit from a little less contrast, the image appears just a little heavy to me.

Hi Bill a lovely side profile of this exquisite bird and great backdrop, as you have no distracting elements and a natural perch. Nicely framed too.

For me the image just looks a bit dark/flat, oppose to perhaps Jon's thinking of a tad to much contrast and so your start loose that fantastic iridescent colouring this bird has. Opening up the Exp a tad, the shadows (not ideal, but) it then helps start to bring a lot more depth of colour out, which means you can then you can then address the colour more, if required.

Good one, Bill. It indeed is a nice pose from this iridescent beauty. It was quite overcast at that point in the day, and would agree with bringing out more detail in shaded areas.

Hi Bill. Sweet bird, pose and background. I think both versions of this are off and have that hazy look to them. To me both are still too dark and a bit too flat.

This is a very nice shot. I do agree there is more room to make the original color pop, but otherwise there's not much to nit pick here.

Beautiful bird, insane shades of blue, I like the repost better but I would tinker with it a bit more.
