This is the same bird I posted a few days ago after it had approached a little closer. An issue here was to remove the stalk or leave it---I usually choose to leave things unless they are impinging on the subject. Canon 7D II, Sigma 150-600 F5-6.3 IS Contemp., ISO 1000, f/6.3, 1/800
Here's another try John, with stalk gone this time. The shot was FF so I didn't have more room on top but do you think this tighter and more rectangular crop changes the perspective enough to help address that issue?
