    Looks good to me. I like the position of the feet and wings. If like the whistling ducks here, sometimes you can hear them before seeing them. Thank you for sharing, Bill.

    Great pose, head position and extended wings. Details look pretty good as well. I do feel the image is a little flat. Do you blur the background or just apply NR?

    A spectacular duck shot Bill. The angle of the flare that you caught put the whole of the wings, from tip to tip, in sharp focus--nice work.

    love the banking pose and the nice BG but the blur does look. bit funky to my eye. I see some motion blur in the head but good underwing details

    Thanks for the comments. I don't recall if I blurred the BG. ( I processed so many files in a short time that they have become a blur to me.) The BG as posted looks very much like the RAW file. I did apply a heavy NR; if I did blur it, it would have been very slight. Yes, there is a bit of motion blur in the head.
