I captured this image of this one week old Sandhill Crane in Vero Beach Florida. Both Mom and Dad were getting insects from the ground and of course he was also trying without any luck, hence the dirty bill. Taken with the Nikon D500 Handheld and Nikkor AF-S 500/4E FL ED VR.

    ISO 900
    f6.3
    1/3200
    Manual Mode
    Processed on LR and PS.
    Cropped approx. 10%

All C & C's will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks for looking

There is absolutely nothing cute or sweet about this image. Nothing AT ALL!!! Love the color palette and the soft downy feathers. Sweet one Juan, um I mean not sweet one You have a dust spot in the pic a little above and to the right of the tip of the beak that you should clone out.

Very Funny! Thank you for commenting Isaac, I removed the dust spot you mentioned (good eye!) and another one that was on the blue section just in front of the head.

Wonderful work Juan, and I love the BG... I like how the focus included the sharp beak, sweet!
