    One of the areas I frequent has a large population of invasive species, Whydahs, Mannikins, Waxbills, Munia, Bishops and many more.
    They are doing extremely well, here is a shot of one of the waxbills out of a flock of 30 or more.

    Really like the colors on this little dude. Nice low angle. Focus looks to be on the body and not the eye.
