These birds are really tiny and you have done well here. Must have been close. Details look pretty good and I loke the snow in the air and on the bird even more. Shot would benefit from a levels adjustment that deepens the black and mid tones.
Love the falling snow / accumulated snow on the bird. The face and eye looks very cool here. I agree with Isaac re: a bit more depth in the shot. I love the cold looking pose the bird is giving. TFS
