Good flight pose. Nice and sharp. Good detail as well.
Looks good to me, Bill. I can't see anything I would change. Thank you for sharing.

Well done in capturing this handsome specimen coming towards you the fanned tail behind is a nice touch. The only thing I'm not overly keen on is the shadowed eye - do you maybe have one without that eye visible?
Mike
A great catch of the tail flare framed and unimpinged by the wings Bill.I too have this Sigma lens and I try to avoid using it for flight because the AF seems slower than my Canon 100-400 f4.5-5.6 IS II ( even with 1.4 ext. III ) but given your sharp results here I think I will give it another try.
Thanks John, Joe, Mike and Bob.
Mike, I'm not crazy about the shadowed eye either; I don't have one with the eye either unshaded or not visible.
Bob, I've found the Sigma AF to be pretty fast for BIF (except when I inadvertently hit the AF distance switch); but admittedly not as fast as my Nikon 500f4 prime.
