Nice work, Sanjeev. The head turn is great and setting very nice including the background hill and vegetation which appears almost impressionistic in the way it has come out. There is great richness in the tone a colour on the giraffe which is also visually pleasing although I don't know how reflective it is of the animal (nothing wrong with a bit of artistic licence either). I'd be pretty happy if this was mine.

Hi Sanjeev - A nice scene and the head turn by the giraffe makes it work. If it were mine I would bring out a bit more color and detail in the sky. I did this in just one very basic curves adjustment to the sky. If you spend a little time, you can bring out even more detail. This was just to show you it's there. I also did a quick curves adjustment to the giraffe.

Sanjeev I do like your op but do think maybe Rachels repost does give the image a nice lift, like already mentioned the head turn just does it for me.

Hi Sanjeev , lovely giraffe specimen looking very elegant as presented with that head turn .The setting is very nice and the fact that the subject is isolated fro the surroundings is taking it up a notch .
Colors and tones are looking ok to me , but think Rachelīs edit is worth a try.
Would love to the more detail in the face , sadly as in many cases the eyes are just dark blobs with no life .
Is there a lot of heat haze going on ? As the BG does look so smooth ....?

Like how this shows the giraffe in its environment. I think this would have made a nice vertical.

Can only echo Andreas's thoughts here Sanjeev, especially re the BKG. At ISO800 you should not even need to contemplate any NR or 'Blurring' as some folk do, it just isn't required. A bit more below would help, zooming out with a slight crop may have provided more opportunities???
