    This was taken at Bosque Couple of Years Back.

    Hope you like it.

    Nikon D500, 500 f/4 , 1.4x TCII
    ISO 1250, f/6.3, 1/1600 sec
    Manual Mode, Matrix Metering , EV +1.7

    I thought the image has some color cast and I tried to correct it as much as I can.

    Like the flight pose. The birds head in angles slightly away. The high key look is nice.

    Yea, you really need direct eye contact to make these shots overhead shots most effective, but it is a well exposed shot given what look like tricky lighting conditions for this bird.
