Pied-billed Grebe Breedubg Plumage

I captured this image at Circle B Bar Reserve in Polk County, Florida. While I was photographing the Tri-colored Heron I previously posted this little grebe popped up to my right so I was able to get couple clicks before it dove again.

P.S. Would a moderator please change the word to read Breeding in the title.

This is nice. Good composition and i like the ripples in the water. The blue water is nice as well. I would sharpen the bird some more.
