Bald Eagle on a Chase
This is a different (better me thinks) shot of the Eagle who added to a fun day at Canaveral last week. He was chasing an Osprey with a fish - and - as best I could tell never got it!
D850, Sigma 500+1.4, 1/3200, 6.3, ISO 640, Manual, HH, C1P raw, PS CCC 2018 adjustments.
Excellent wing position and the open beak with the tongue is great!
Well done all around with this one.
Love that screaming pose. This would be great if you had some clouds to give the image some depth. Still nice frame.
I'd be happy just to see one of those here in Brisbane...great clarity.
