Nice Exposure, I like the hint of fresh clean snow. The birds around our feeders get seed and hulls all over themselves and the snow for about a ten foot diameter. Nice shot

One of my Favorite Birds. Dark Eye Junco.. Nice High Key Image.

I might be tempted to add a little more contrast but this looks good as well

Love the juncos in the snow -- they always deliver at the feeders. Good detail in the snow under the bird and I like the high key. Contrast looks okay to me as is, but could also see a bit more added so either way works for me. TFS

Lovely high key shot, John. You've extracted great detail from the bird and shown it off so well. The almost featureless background and foreground really adds and draws the eye to the bird. The composition works very well for me too, with that upward sweep of snow on the left. Nothing I'd change here.

One of my favorite winter birds too. I can relate to Jerrold as well, nasty mess to clean up around the feeders when the snow melts. A fresh dusting of new snow hides the mess and gets me going outside for "clean" surroundings :-) Well balanced comp, excellent details, and exposure is spot on.
