    I captured this image yesterday at Lovers Key State Park in Fort Myers, Florida with the Nikon D500 Handheld and Nikkor AF-S 500/4E FL ED VR.

    ISO 400
    f6.3
    1/4000
    Manual Mode
    Processed on LR and PS.
    Full frame, just a little removed from the bottom and canvas added on the top.

    Juan, this is just perfection. The coloring of the pelican helped with the bright sun, and your post work is spot on. Love all the detail, especially in the feather patterns, and that you left what looks to be a wing splash on the left. Amazing eyes.

    I like this. Very cool pose you got here. I really like images of common birds that are unique and make them look special. I would brighten the yellow of the head to make it pop a little more.

    This is really sweet, particularly the beautiful bronze color you've capture on his underwings. The eye are wonderful and make for a
    really engaging (and humous) image. Splash is great too. I agree that a bit more light on his head would really make this pop.

    Hi Juan, the thumbnail doesnt do this justice. Great in your face here, and I want to duck as he flies over my head. Good DOF, sharp, and love the eye contact. Love the 'bubble' of water behind his feet. Very well captured.
