One more of this beauty for your viewing pleasure. From the same fun morning I spent photographing it a week ago. Here it is perched about 6-7 feet off the ground.

Hello Daniel, great detail, pose, composition and background, I love the stare and the toe’s nail. Great capture and processing as always. Thank you for sharing.

I'm super happy it all worked out for you Daniel. You got some really nice images of this guy. Hopefully he sticks one more week for me. Great stare and perch with a killer background. I would warm up the image a touch and add a a couple points of blacks and reduce the midtones a couple points to really make him stand out. Man would I love an image like this.

Hi Dan, well you certain got your fair share of decent images of this fellow. Another fine image with good eye contact, sharp, and a nice smooth clean BG. Gotta love that single visible claw.

This is the one!! Much better. Talk about a direct stare. The colors, details and contrast look great on this one too. Print!

This image is a dream come true and absolutely stronger than the last one. Love everything about it, the perch, the BG and that look! Nobody would ever guess from this image how small this hawk owl really is. It's deceiving.
