    Like the low angle and the pose on the bird. I could see the bird being a tad more to the left.

    I think I know this guy, and his mound looks familiar. Terrific low POV, head-on stare. To my eye, the image might benefit from a bit of warmth.

    Excellent POV and the composition works for me Jay. Without knowing the bird or scene, I could also see this working with a bit more warmth as suggested by Bill. Was there much of a crop here? Background is excellent but I'd remove that one spot just to the right of the bird's head.
