I really like this. I typically don't care for blur shots at all but you have all the elements here for a beautiful photo. An amazing and textured sky, and a nice contrasting flock of birds. The birds here are just sharp enough in the body and the wings blurred gives a great feel to the image. Very nice.

Hi Krishna, I am also not a fan of slow shutter speeds, but I actually like this. I think that due to the amazing colours in your sky, it works.

Excellent capture, Krishna. The colors are remarkable, the blurred wings even have a clear edge, and the bodies well defined. Also love the angle of their climb.

I am not usually a fan of blurs but this is beautiful.
Love the colors and the placement of the birds in the frame.
This would look amazing printed on Fine Art Hannemuhle paper in a large size.

Beautifully excuted Krishna, and aesthetically first class. Really lovely background and beautifully handled blur. It would be hard to get much better than this.

I am a huge fan of blurs and I love this one. Are the birds intact and as they are in the NEF file?

What does "almost untouched" mean?
with love, artie
ps: my question is, was the arrangement of the birds in the RAW as perfect as it is in the posted image? Or was one of the birds moved a bit?

I don’t think I moved the birds around. I might have added some canvas on the right side, may be that the was not this shot. I had 3-4 shots out of which I selected this one to post here. I will post screenshot of untouched RAW in this post soon

Thanks Krishna. I might have been tempted to move the third bird in the group up a bit :)

I agree Artie, now that you mentioned it. I think it will look good to move it up a bit.
